And you need to come to the next Gathering, we need all the SMs there to keep us in check. |

| Piano, guitar, and drums. Bobthecockroach plays guitar... not bass.
In His love,
Nate
P.S. your package went out today.

| Haha... at my church, there are two other people who go by Nathan.... fortunately for me, I despise being called Nathan and hence, I go by "Nate" instead.
Anyways.... blog update now....
I just posted three new hymns of mine in the songwriting forum, go check them out and let me know what you think.
In His love,
Nate

| Yay... thanks, Elizabeth.
Well, I'm just going to do a quicky update here.
Tomorrow (July 17th) is my 19th birthday. Yay!
I'm going to be eating lunch with my family (we're having lasagna and stuffed shells... yummy!)... then about 4:00, I'll be going over to Catherine's house. She's cooking me dinner... hehe... she's so sweet. I can't wait to find out what she got me. Then, Friday night (the day after my birthday) I'll be going to dinner with my Dad. I'm not sure where we'll go, but he always seems to be able to find really good places to eat... so I'm sure that it will be good.
So... for my birthday, I am going to celebrate by eating... then eating again... .then eating again. MUAHAHA!
Ok, that's all.
In His love,
Nate
p.s. I'm still looking for more critiques on my new hymns. Go check them out right now!

| Hey, I just got the video. Nice work, I really liked the piano, it added an extra something that was lacking... maybe I will record a new version with my rudimentary to nonexistent piano skills. |

So really, "What is the air speed velocity of an unlaiden swallow?"
It's quite simple:
Drag on a body in a fluid is:
D = 1/2 (Cd*pi*r^2*rho*Vo^2) Cd = coefficient of drag of the swallow pi = 3.1415... r = radius of bird cross-section (approximating as a circle) rho = viscosity of air Vo = velocity For steady state flight, D (drag) = T (thrust), so:
------------------------------
| Vo = sqrt(T/Cd*pi*r^2*rho) |
------------------------------ |
