Thanks Sarah. My birthday turned out alright, and so did the first day of school.
That's good! It sounds like you're doing a lot better. I'm glad to see that I've been praying for you!

Sunday night, I got to talk to someone that I haven't seen in a while (well, lots of someones, but especially this one). Mary Martha, while somewhat plain on the surface, is beautiful where it counts, like myself, sort of shy, and completely in love with the Lord. She left for France on Monday. *sigh* We'll have to keep in touch via the email. She even brought up the idea of talking over the telephone at times, which surprised me somewhat. Anyway, the conversation went with each of us talking about our summers, and then her encouraging me, and then me encouraging her. ha. She was a definate blessing. Thinking about the next 12 months while she's in France...
oh, that's so good. great friends are the best. why is she going to france? that's gotta be an exciting experience! I hope you guys get to talk a lot!!!

I hope everyone is good and better. I am way too romantic for my own good, yay!
lol
glad you're doing well, Galen!! talk to you later!

She's going to be studying French in France, as she is a French major.

I checked out your Fotolog bro. Good stuff. When did Phil Keaggy get so old?

It's the facts of life, Lee... when did you get so old, and wide, and stuff?

And thanks for the comments on the fotolog stuff. You know, you can quote there too, without being part of fotolog.

Look! It's the smiley version of Max Payne 2!

Ah, but it was the second that had people getting shot in the head with the Desert Eagle, so that is obviously the second one.

Hmm, I didn't see all of the second, so that's why I can't recall that

And you should have replied to my update I posted last night, but I guess this'll have to do.

Read from the beginning, darn you! It'll enlighten your mind, broaden your horizons, and bring all the planets into perfect alignment. Also, I'm lazy at the moment.

I don't want the planets to come into alignment. Cthulhu will arise and devour me.

Ok, that part won't happen. By the way, I guess I should get into H.P. Lovecraft, the way you seem to love his work.

He uses big big words. You can find his books at most places. I would check your library first so you could make sure you don't hate him before you spend money on his work.

If you lived in Austin, I'd loan you my well-worn copies. But in a day or so they'll be enroute to Danny.

Well, that's ok. But you should still read and comment on the songs I've posted in here, I think. But whatever. Actually, maybe I should make an index... there really haven't been that many, though.

Perhaps a separate thread in Songwriting would do it...
