Okay...make that four. Two are new songs and two are older songs that I've polished up.

The demos are still very low-fi so don't expect professional recordings.

I get that Corgan/Pumpkins vibe you reference, I dig the ideas on the demos.

Thanks. I'm still trying to come up with something to make better quality recordings.

I am updating the page again today. There should be seven demos (including all the ones I've added over the last few days) by the end of the day. Maybe eight, if I don't run out of time.

There are currently thirteen songs up there. I'm constantly writing so I hope to keep a steady flow of new tunes going up until I finalize the 10-12 songs I plan to record in the studio.

Finally listening to these. I dig "Can't Sleep" and "Clay."

I got a new demo up today.

SoundClick artist: Oldmangrady - Modern pop-rock with a slight hint of Eighties and Nineties alternative.

I think you need record each part separate. then mix to right level in daw. the mix in some songs is not that great where guitar is over powering your vocals. also you got some good stuff

Remember, these are just demos with me playing live and recording it with the Voice Memo function on my iPhone. My eventual goal is to go into a studio and record them properly.

Thanks for listening.

I did Consume Me and Clay again with a slightly different vibe. They're both up at Oldmangrady.

They are still NOT proper demos. I basically did the iPhone version of recording with one tape recorder while playing along to another. These are just to help me get final arrangements. I'm actually talking to a friend who runs a studio in Tennessee about going down and doing four or five of these proper. I just have to come up with the money.

I changed the name of the thread because I write songs under all sorts of names these days. This will be a place to put them all.

Speaking of which, here is my latest. I was trying to emulate the stuff you hear on K-LOVE.
