I think that the fact that all of his skills are above normal human capability (thusly super) would naturally equate to him being "super". Then the fact that he is indeed a hero would equate to the word "hero". Thusly he is a super hero. Besides, look at the villains he defeats, they are clearly super villains. A super hero consistently defeats superheros as his skills are on par with theirs. A person who is only a hero cannot do so.
