OK, so I'm looking for amps for my friend. I need something that's preferably less then $200, is very very preferably a tube amp, and something suitable for general rock. Not metal or extreme hard rock, but classic rock, rock n' roll, and softer styles. This will be used with a Strat.

I've been looking into some Epis, Peaveys, and a couple others.

There are a lot of them out there. You just need to know where to look. And yes, I'm looking for a used amp. I prefer used, actually. The Blues Jr. is a bit too much, but I've seen some promising Epi Galaxies, Crate Vintages, and Fenders out there...

my freind got a crate thats either 15 wat or 30 wat, and its a tube, i think he payed 150 for it.
