I have nine days off work - NINE . . . Sunday thru next Tuesday!

I went fishin Monday & Tuesday at the lake, I'm leaving tomorrow at noon to go trout fishin for 3 days, and goin to Michael's pond to go catfish fishin again on Sunday night!

Yesterday (and Monday) I played like I was on the catch and release program. In other words, I didn't catch anything worth keeping. Some brim and bluegill and small bass. I won't go to bed tomorrow till I've caught all 3 of my trout, and the next day, and the next day.

I am a very avid fisherman! Just look at my username and avatar! I do mostly Muskie (waywayway up north fish) but I also have a abu svangsta ambassaduer 5000c baitcasting, roddy baitcasting, a newer abu, a whole bunch of spinners for walleye, panfish, ect. However, I am looking into doing fly fishing here in the ozarkian freshwater springs and streams. What will I need and what are the costs? I will be taking a class on fly-fishing, but I need some experainced suggestions. Thank you very much! AS far as muskie fishing goes. . . . well it's one very fun sport in its own. There is nothing like reeling that 30lb monster once a week for 30 minutes. My biggest muskie was 34lbs, I found him down in the weedbeds of a small point right before the sun was up. You all have to go muskie fishing sometime!

Matt and I went fishing today at the lake, I lost a trebble hook, HE lost 2 bobbers AND 2 trebble hooks - it would've been worthwhile if we'd actually caught any fish. I think the weather changing has them all confused. Anyway, the weather was lovely, and I had a good time, wouldn't've wanted to've been doing anything else today anyway.
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work.
