| Interesting! I noticed it has a headstock like a classical but a heel like a steel string. Looks good. |

| did it take a long time to learn that?
Building your own guitar is...tough. If you get the frets a little bit off, there will be trouble...that is why i never considered getting one of those 'Build It Yourself' guitars. Do you plan on building your own?

Then, of course, you still have to worry about all those other low-tolerance measurements that can mess things up greatly. |

Not only they create a mess making it harder to further edit the mesh, they also often create artifacts in smoothing/texturing/rendering. Quote: |

| And I agree as well. I use 3D Studio Max 5. Havn't tried 6 yet. Fantastic program, when it comes to polies - I'm not much of a nurbs or spline guy, so that's fine with me.

I personally, like Rhino3D when it comes to nurbs modelling.
