Define punk for me...

Either way, I would check out Slick shoes. Best "Christian" punk band out there.

Musically Relient K has punk influence along with a whole lot of pop influence. But beyond musically they are the Anti-Punk.

Officer Negative. the absolute best old school christian punk band. I hear One Bad Pig is awesome too but I've never heard them.

you love punk rock? List some punk bands then. I'm not trying to come off as harsh but most people are in need of a little research on the topic of "punk rock".

The Crucified were a good punk band. Then they turned into a good metal band. Then they broke up.

The Altar Boys were a pretty good punk band. Then they turned into a pretty good rock band. Then they broke up.

There are alot of threads about this...

7-10 Split
Off The Record
One Bad Pig
Dogwood

Those are some decent "Punk" or close to "Punk", bands.

EDIT: Here are some other threads on this subject.

yes I do love punk rock, and I thought I did list some punk bands.

I really love music, and I really love when a band will expand on a certain music type and make it sound a little different. So that's why a lot of the punk bands I listed aren't STRICTLY punk rock. I think it sounds really good when they add a little hard rock or rock or pop into it to make it sound original. Same with just about every other kind of music I like. I prefer a band not to sound the same as the next one under their certain genre.

so I hope that explains where I was coming from when I listed those bands.

You guys have to be joking. Relient K is no where near being a Punk Rock band. They are more of a Pop Rock Christian band. I doubt there are even any realy Punk Rock Christian bands out there.

dude investigate the scene, there are many. Not as many as there once were. But what style of punk do you like.

(reliant k is pop-rock) but I mean there are bands all styles, all the way to NIV which profess Jesus Christ as Lord.

btw, if you dont think there are, eat some crow and listen to the crucified and one bad pig.

They were cranking out punk that is definitely NOT pop.
