| Heresy Alert I'm not sure what Pentecostal heretic is preaching at "Winterfest" on TBN right now, but wow did I hear some blatant heresy.
"The Lord told me to tell you, the problem is the solution, if the flesh is what's got you into sin, then the flesh is the only thing that can get you out."
So we've found the solution to sin. We got ourselves into sin, so we have to get ourselves out. I guess we don't need God anymore . |

| wow... yeah... normally what gets us in to trouble is NOT what gets us out.. I mean, what if lying got us into trouble? would we lie ourselves out of trouble?
either way, it's only God who can change us and get us out of anything.

| I would advise against crediting TBN with much of anything but heresy. They make claims, not all of which are bizarre, but claims that we as humans probably don't have the liberty of doing.
One noticeable thing we/they've forgotten is that it is God that saves, not man. Over time, we/they tend to do just as you say, and take God out of Christianity.

Chris, are you implying many, or most, Pentecostals preach heresy? I hope not.

| It's strange...he almost had it, just add one more word and he's right: The Lord told me to tell you, the problem is the solution, if the flesh is what's got you into sin, then killing the flesh is the only thing that can get you out. |

So i'd like to say that Jesus is the answer. Not the flesh. |
