POD not approved idol worship but they wanted it to take place. You not only approve of the idol worship but you're defending it. Think about what Romans 1:32 is saying about POD. Think about what Romans 1:32 is saying about you.

don't worry...nothing you have said has been unkind or self-glorifying.....you are simply stating your opinion and backing it with what you deem appropriate.....and btw, there are some threads that most people can close(kinda stupid, eh)...i've found a few i could close if i just felt like it...

I could agree more....because i don't agree.....POD is a christian band....the whole point of a christian band is to glorify God.....

it was the fact that POD wern't the ones sinning that i was agreeing with....and for the record, i still don't think there was anything wrong with it....

about POD always using Jah instead of Jesus: I do wish POD used jesus more often, however, i support the use of Jah to help them gain fanbase to "preach" to....but they don't use Jesus enough to accually get it accross....

so to sum that up: i agree with the use of Jah, but i wish they'd use Jesus more often

By supporting idol worship they were sinning. By encouraging H.R. in his false religion they were violating the great commission. According to Romans 1:32 they are worthy of death. These are very bad things. Its also very unsettling that you see nothing wrong with idol worship.

I'm completely baffled as to how you can so decieve yourself as to not believe that a H.R. singing praise to his idol is idol worship. This is madness and non-longer worth my time. If you can't acknowledge that idol worship is idol worship then communication with you is futile. Therefore a complete waste of my time.

yes, idol worship is idol worship....but HR was singing to Jesus, whether he believes in Him or not....

Thats complete non-sense. It makes no sense biblically or logically. As a Rastafarian he believes in a perversion of "Jesus" and he worships an idol he calls Jah. That is who he is singing to. If you don't understand this then you don't understand Rastafarianism or the definition of idol worship.

i definately understand idol worship....and i have a pretty good idea of rastafarianism.....

too bad i've gotta go away all summer....cause i'm really enjoying this debate....it's been fun for the last few weeks....so if i don't post again before i leave: have a good summer guys!!!....we may disagree on some things in here....but i have nothing against any of you....take care!!!!

....if you define "making sense" as "agreeing with Lauren" then you would be correct. The fact that he reasserted his position over and over and over doesn't mean he made sense....and it doesn't mean we didn't tear his arguments to shreads....and it doesen't mean we didn't put up firm case for our own position.
