No. Female. 16.

Hehe, I practically live off of cereals, bread, and fruit. Atkins would destroy me; there would be nothing I'd want to eat.

ya, i agree. Well, that'd be the healthiest. This works good, because your body normally burns more carbs then fat, so if you have no carbs, your body will burn fat instead.

I could understand that, but why stuff yourself with more and more fat, when that's what you're trying to burn? Wouldn't reducing both be a better idea?

I'm rather interested in the atkins diet because my father is on it, and I've read that a lot of people coming off of the diet have gained it all back, and then some - which would not bode well for his military job.

And for the record, No-Male-14. (I feel like I'm doing some asl? thing)

eating too much of any food group is gonna lead to long term disaster.. if i were gonna cut out a food group to lose weight it would have to be fats.. and eat more carbs, and drink lots of water.. but im happy with my weight

My grandpa has heart problems and his doctor told him its one of the worst diet out there. You lose weight, but it throws your body all off track.
