Hehe, I practically live off of cereals, bread, and fruit. Atkins would destroy me; there would be nothing I'd want to eat. |

| ya, i agree. Well, that'd be the healthiest. This works good, because your body normally burns more carbs then fat, so if you have no carbs, your body will burn fat instead.

Wouldn't reducing both be a better idea?
I'm rather interested in the atkins diet because my father is on it, and I've read that a lot of people coming off of the diet have gained it all back, and then some - which would not bode well for his military job.
And for the record, No-Male-14. (I feel like I'm doing some asl? thing) |

(I feel like I'm doing some asl? thing) | eating too much of any food group is gonna lead to long term disaster.. if i were gonna cut out a food group to lose weight it would have to be fats.. and eat more carbs, and drink lots of water.. but im happy with my weight |

| My grandpa has heart problems and his doctor told him its one of the worst diet out there. You lose weight, but it throws your body all off track. |
