Sparrow Records/Universal South artist Matthew West was recently featured at the 12th Annual Vince Gill Celebrity Basketball Game & Concert held at Belmont University’s Curb Event Center in Nashville. Following a basketball game that included such players as Amy Grant, Cledus T. Judd, Chely Wright and Tennessee Titans’ team members Keith Bullock, Neil O’Donnell and Frank Wycheck, among others, West performed songs from his acclaimed national debut release, Happy.

West’s first single, “More,” has been clutching the No. 1 position on R&R’s Christian AC chart for seven consecutive weeks. The song also garners No. 1 on the PDAdvisor’s AC chart for the fourth consecutive week and Christian Radio Weekly’s (CRW) CHR/Pop chart this week, as well as No. 2 on CRW’s AC.
