well, I went to Israel in spring of 2000... though I didn't have any fast food(havn't had any here in 5yrs) they only have 2 McDonald's and only one of them will serve a cheeseburger(it's not kosher). The pizza i ate was fine... it was a pita bread with sauce/cheese on top with one olive in the middle... kinda funny. I ate the local cuisine because that's what you're suppose to do when you travel... try new things. It was the first time I'd eaten fish for breakfast and lunch and dinner too..lol Overall i felt like the food was pretty good over there... even the curry stuff from the Arabs(not a curry fan)

Here in Washington, and also in the midwest region, McDonald's has something called the 'All American Meal.' Small fry, small drink, and a cheeseburger (I'm told that not all McD's serve this). Anyway, I tried to order and All American Meal in Canada...they were not amused...then I asked if they had and All Canadian Meal...no dice...

There are so many fast food places in Taiwan. The burgers at their McDonalds actually taste edible!
