| Guitar Piece I pumped out a new piece yesterday using a chord progression that incorporates an idea that Nate (KeyboardFreak) explained in the Chord Functions thread. Basically, the chord progression or a part of the progression can span the natural notes of a targeted chord and be considered an expansion of that chord. For example, I iii V would be considered an expansion of I. I played with that here, throwing in a secondary dominant
funtion as well. It was fun Wind and Wheels Hi-Fi Stream
If the stream doesn't play, but sends you to the home page itself, just find the song and click the links Soundclick has beside the song.

| cool song. Some of the chord progressions reminded me of Blackbird lol. I really like instrumental three. Good work.

| very very nice. Really liked the changes, and the layering was done pretty well. I think I noticed a couple timing issues, but it was still quite....gorgeous.
[edit] I don't mean to hijack the thread, but since we're on the subject of recordings, I though I'd plug my own. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/0/blaqmusic.htm check it out. (mods feel free to boot me if need be)

| Not a problem, glad you posted your own stuff, I'm about to give it a listen
I agree, the timing is a problem here and there; I wish I could do it over again, except I could probably not reproduce it!

Your best guitar sessions are always the ones you can't remember well enough to reproduce....when you're so steeped in the guitar your mind has dissappeared, fun stuff that.
Anyways, tell me what you think.

| i hate that. We've got a track recorded with one of the roomies, and we can't get the same tone back.
We can basically do the song, other than that though. If we ever get it recorded, i'll post it.
