I always have a pick with me. Additionally, I figured out a way to have picks all over my acoustic in case I drop one while playing. I have one in my strap, and i stick some in the electronics housing. Supa fly.

I should get a pick holder that fits on the side of my glasses... That'd be pretty funny.

I knew I was a guitarist when....

I practiced guitar more than I did my homework. kind of sad huh?

I have also renamed the small pocket on my jeans "the pick pocket" it is perfect for holding a plethora of them.

when you start lecturing beginning guitarists on how certain picks (like the ebk glow in the dark alien head) are superior to others.

(for note, the alien head is the best ever produced. It's a medium, but it's soft like a thin, so it's easier to run through the strings and still get fat tone. <3)

umm... yeah.

I knew I was really into the tasteful aspect of guitar playing when I despised the out-of-date mullet donners.

I could play for an hour without flexing my left hand outward in agony.
Barre and open chords are interchanged for tonal reasons.
Always several different gauge picks in my pocket.
'Took apart an acoustic to rerib the soundboard.
Dropped gorilla snot for ordinary bow rosin. (Way cheaper when you lose it)

1.I started playing guitar more than I listened to music
2.People told me I was awesome when I was only messing around.
3.I actually understood what people where talking about when they said something about the guitar.
4.I started hating Nu-Metal.

I knew I was a guitarist when I saw a kid bring his electric to class one day for 'Show & Tell'.

I knew I was obsessed with guitars when I could see most any guitar from a distance, and without even seeing the headstock, tell what kind of guitar it was.
