Ultimate Frisbee rules. It's soooooo fun, of course I did get very hurt last time I played, by someone on my own team. I was going for the frisbee, I was going straight towards it, my teammate, Mark, who is like 6 feet tall, was going for it too, but from a different direction. We were both running really fast to catch it, we almost collided but Mark jumped over me, but he tripped over me and we both fell to the ground...... OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! I was pretty sore after that.

My father built this cross and carried it up and set it into place.
This cross reminds my family and me everyday ''that by His stripes we are healed''.
We shall not fear sickness or disease, we shall stand with much faith in our hearts and say,'' We will not tolerate these evil works of the evil one, but stand firm in our faith and be healed in Jesus name.''
Through our lives living on this earth we will have faith and trust in Jesus' everlasting promises.

Loves it; nuff said. Especially when I can layout and play shirtless. Perfect!

what I hate is when we play with a field with rocks and stuff on it. then I can't dive. *sighs* I wish that I was playing right now...

It seems as if Ultimate is extremely church/youth group-correlated everywhere..

If it weren't for church, I wouldn't even know what ultimate was.

Wow. that is not my experience at all. We played in PE in Junior High and High School. We played with friends all the time, long before I ever went to church. Perhaps that is just a reflection of where I lived though. We love Frisbee and all associated games here. We had a world champion ultimate team before it was popular, and one of the first Disc Golf championships was played in our area.

Just got turned on to Ultimate this summer after a few years of playing dgolf. As an ex-distance runner (high school) playing receiver is a nice fit :P

Anyone have any good sites to read up on strategies/plays?...I like the mental/planning parts of sports a lot but I haven't been able to find much during an admittedly quick search.

Haha

It's cool, I found a couple of nice sites and videos, if it wasn't dark here I'd be outside practicing the hammer throw.
