| It's also a great sport for getting in shape because you just run around the whole time. A great way to waste your time

| I've heard of trampoline football before. And yes, it can be the greatest sport. It's only my opinion though. I'll post pictures as soon as I find the DVD that I have them on. In the mean time I'll start a new thread.

| I have been playing ultimate for like 3-4 Years. I don't see how it hasn't spread. It is even an official gym activity at my school. I will post pics of buck-buck as soon as I find the DVD that I have them on.

actually, officially it's 7-on-7
and yes, ULTIMATE is like the BEST SPORT EVER (except maybe basketball)
I started playing it a ton last summer, and i plan on playing it every waking, free, good-weather moment this summer.
I just got a new frisbee for my b-day that changes color in the sun... pretty cool.
everyone should play ultimate!!! |

| ya, i think the Lord's leading me to start a chick ultimate frisbee one night a week for jr-senior high. (jr. high- high school) cause we dont have an ultimate frisbee team. and i think it's a n AWESOME chance to evangelize.!! i'm really excited!! fcan't wait for summer!
