TFK This is a Call

Hey, Im working on This is a Call by Thousand Foot Krutch, but I'm stuck on the chorus (I cant figure out what the electric and the other acoustic is doing). I dont know how to upload a PTAB to this site, but as soon as somebody tells me I will post what I have.

Now I understand. I can't figure it out either. There is one small thing. There is a down stroke on the 11,11,13 and an up stroke on 14,14,16 chords in the pre chourus.

I can't see anything else but I'm sorry I can't help
