i didn't know Ashdown made bass amps. I have a Behringer Ultrabass BX600 and it is good. Although from what i've heard Ashdown is good quality as is the Fender Rumble series.

Well Adam Clayton (U2) uses Ashdown amps so they've gotta be good rite

I'd say it looks about right as a first upgrade amp.

i been playing bass for sometime now and well my 20W is starting to buzz when it's only on Volume 1-2 out of 10! It all started to buzz when I started to play Mudvayne because i love Mudvayne music so I play it real hard...that's why it's messing up...So is Ashdown good pretty durable...

course i also play Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Greenday, Linkin Park, and a whole snew of other kinds of bands..

usually people who don't know what they're doing, a crappily made amp, or an overplayed/cranked too high amp.
