Hippos are quite powerful, noble animals. However, their tails are quite pitiful. How does a hippo's tail "bend like a cedar" or "resemble a cedar" in any way? Your explanation of treated cedar still fails to say why the tail would be of note in a description of glory like this at all.

If I were to discribe every powerful and mighty aspect of the hippo the very LAST thing I mention would be its tail. Why would even tail get a reference when as we all know a hippos tail is pretty puny?

"That being said, the hippopotamus is an amazing animal. Hippos alone cause more deaths in Africa annualy than lions, hyenas and elephants combined. The hippopotamus' jaw has enough power to snap a crocodile in half. Other animals know better than to mess with hippopotami. Forget the hippo-song you learned in VBS. Real hippos are dangerous.
"

These are the kinds of things I would mention. For me to give a mention of its tail would be as likely as me mentioning the mighty muscle power it has in the twitching of its ears.

But aren't there creatures that exsist now whose name does not change weither it's one or more? One deer... two deer not deers. My point is that just the name doesn't help in determining if it s a single creature or a species. But I would make one point. If such a creature exsisted in numbers and were able to reproduce, wouldn't our seas and oceans be empty now? I mean, it'd be like the movie 'Reign of Fire'. They'd just eat. Even if there numbers grew slowly, if nothing, except a literal army, could defeat them. They would be the dominate species now.

But I would venture one guess. No one have ever seen a living giant squid. Only what was left on the shore when one died. If the squids could avoid detection, how much more could one Leviathan?

Another question comes to mind. What happened to the serpent from the garden of eden? Some would say that it's part of the snake family and such but I beg to differ. The serpent could reason and speak. Even Jesus said that we should be wise as serpent and gentle as doves. Now, that species of serpent could have gone extinct because man hunted it down but I think that it'd be much smarter than that. I mean, it conned humanity our of our fellowship with God. How much harder is it to hide and live?

Wasn't the serpent Satan taking a physical form?

Then I would ask why God curse him (Satan) to slither on his belly forever if he could move around normally as a spiritual being? Just a question.

Why would God curse all snakes to slither because Satan wanted to decieve us? I know that His understanding is different than mine. It's just strange. But either way, God cursed the serpent mobility so that it would eat the dust of the earth and that we would crush his head under our feet. But God never said anything about it's intelligence.

I imagine that the serpent wasn't all that big, prolly man-size, during the fall. But like some fish, it'll prolly grow to the size of it's enviroment.

I honestly had that thought but didn't want to say it. That what I was referring to when I talked about the squid.
