Yorkville bass Amps?

Does anybody play through a Yorkville Sound Bass amp? They are made in Cananda and they are priced really low in Canada. I have heard that they have an inflated power rating. They all sound loud in the music shops sound room. The XM200 is 200 watts through a 15" speaker and retails in my area for $600 cdn. which is about $420 US. Is there a better amp for the price out there?
Thanks,

I've thought the few Yorkville amps I've played through have been o.k. They are supposed to have a new amp coming out that looks killer. It has a tube front end with like a 600w power section, all under $600 US. The old Yorkville stuff (Traynor) was built like a brick, I had one of their 50w tube head that survied a fall out of a van...I see them as the Canadian Peavey.

Yorkville amps

I play through an XM200. I have played through Peavey TNT's and TKO's, briefly through an SWR workingman 15. My original amp was a Yorkville 50. I loved it and so did every other bass player that used it. Like a fool I Traded it for a Peavey TKO, which is in itself a pretty good amp-but it did not sing like the Yorkville. Then I traded the TKO for a TNT, again a pretty good amp with better power for larger venues. Breiefly had access to an SWR Workingman that was good but the price was out of the question new and used I wasn't into. I went back to the store where I first got my Yorkville 50 and traded the Peavey TNT and a little cash and bought the Yorkville XM 200. Might trade it for an Ampeg, maybe, if I thought it would do any better, but not convinced that this would be anything other than a step sideways. My Yorkville is set up with the 15" speaker it also comes in a 2 x 10' configuration, my preference is for the deeper rumble of the 15's. This is a good amp, maybe even a great amp and the price is reaaaally good.
