dBPowerAMP - a little tool to convert audio between different formats. They have codecs for pretty much everything the average user will want/need.

Skin-A-Dock, do some seriously cool customization with the OS X dock.
http://www.ittpoi.com/skinadock/

Shapeshifter, seriously costomize the OS X user interface a.k.a Aqua.
unsanity.com/haxies/shapeshifter

Or try the free ThemeChanger, wich does the same thing.
http://themechanger.sourceforge.net/

Be careful with themes though, if you don't back up Aqua with the program, or try to install a theme wich isn't made for your OS (10.1, 10.2 ect.) you might experience some problems. Shapeshifter and Skin-A-Dock don't change or replace any system files, I'm not sure about ThemeChanger, but I haven't had any problems.

Here's a sweet LCD screen fixer-upper. They also have some other nice free utilities, and some shareware. They also have some of the best shareware Mac games around. Barrack rules.

They have quite a few drivers for various USB attachments. I used it to find the drivers for some stuff...honestly I forget what now. I think I may have gotten something for my Stereo, which has a USB out I do remember that they all worked though.

Free image manipulation program that is simple but powerful (good for those who are overwhelmed by GIMP... like myself):

You need GimpShop, then! It takes GIMP and makes it look just like Photoshop in order to help people join the open-source image manipulation world.

Blender is a free open-source 3D animation studio package. It has been used for feature-length animations so it is very powerful yet it is also possible to learn the basics with a bit of tutorial reading.

For some reason this one kept crashing on me. I used Evrsoft's First Page instead. It's free, too.
