your point? i was giving an example of how i really dont think that anyone needs that much money... but that IS a smart idea...

My point is that you essentially said that everyone should give away all the money they had except for what they needed to live comfortably and that such an idea is silly and much inferior to the idea I proposed. Yet your original suggestion was in opposition to the idea I suggested.

What? you lost me in that somewhere... but yes, i did say that, and i still mean it. give away all the money you have except for what you need. I dont see a problem with this.

You presented this earlier as the 'right' thing to do, and not merely an 'acceptable' thing. There is obviously nothing wrong with that but is wrong not to?
