| ::sigh:: I wish *I* were going Saturday. I wish I were going to ANY of the games. Stupid USC Aiken....the Aiken campus only got *35* season tickets total this year. So of course I didn't get any because they sold out in like 15 minutes if even that much. Plus they were $134 a piece this year so I couldn't exactly afford my two at the time. Guess I'll have to watch on TV this year...just won't be the same. Everybody wants on the Gamecock Bandwagon this year since they win games now so they can be cool. I'll admit, last year was my first year with tickets, but I paid for those tickets knowing we were 0-21...NOW look at us!! Now everybody wants a piece... There's nothing in the world like sitting in the student section at Williams-Brice on a sunny Saturday afternoon in the middle of over **80,000** screaming fans... ::sigh:: College football...gotta love it. | Hey Brent, I'd be more than happy to see about getting you a ticket for a game or two (obviously couldn't this week). There are a million people on Columbia campus who don't go to the games but can still get a ticket through distribution. This is way off subject for CGR so I'll try and get your AOL IM name through the user profile thingy (mine's Nestamanchris; surprise, surprise champion of the obvious) and try and talk to you about it there if you're interested. Anything for a fellow CGR Gamecock. |
