| This is a good CD. The songs are super catchy. It's not their best album, but also not a step backwards at all. There are some departures for the band included, but they're not outlandish and they pull out some good guitar riffs. They show their emo side with Quit Your Life and Don't Walk Away, speed things up with You Make Me, Me and The Capitol; but stick with their classic pop punk style with songs like Well Adjusted, First Day..., and Brokenhearted, etc. Most of the album is in this kind of style, but they really show bands like Good Charlotte and New Found Glory who's boss. Mike Herrera stretches his vocal chords more on this album and shows you what he can do. Pretty much, if you like MxPx, you'll like this album. If you LIKED MxPx, but they lost you somewhere between Life in General and now, then you'll absolutely hate it. |

| ya i thought it was a wicked cd...they changed their style just a little and at first i wasnt sure if i liked it as much as their older typical punk cds but turns out that i liek this cd...they definitly show more emotion in the lyrics which i think is pretty cool like you can tell sometimes that it came straight from the heart...i think this is probably their best effort so far when it comes to lyrics and they also have some pretty cool riffs...i definitly recomend this cd to anyone who likes mxpx

| ok i've always liked MxPx since i first heard their cd Misplaced Memories. They're a cool band and i like their raw punk rock sound, but honestly I LOVE their new style on theirs songs like "Quit Your Life" and "Don't Walk Away" (they even use a PIANO in both songs!). MxPx and a piano...never would have seen that mix coming. I love it. Those kinda songs make this cd so awesome and better than all the others. I also love songs like "Everything Sucks," "Brokenhearted," and "Well Adjusted," which show their old school style a little more, but this MxPx cd doesn't sound near as raw as their old ones it definitely has more of a "produced" feel to it. I am so loving this new MxPx sound. AWESOME! |
