dunno, i got guitar fingers.....i guess


when you play violin and then guitar, dosnt your thumb tend to go above the neck alot like you play the violin

i dunno. i always played viola wrong when it came to posture (I was lazy and didn't feel like learning... )

Thumbs down violins are screechy, nasty, terrible instruments. Bah!
in other words they are snobbish and shallow... concerned only with their image (snobby) and not with their sound (shallow). Ha! Without the violas, you guys have NOTHING! sorry dude.

i'm with ywing, violins rock!! i've played 4 yrs and yrs and yrs now, but im still no where near as good as i should be-maybe i should've practiced afterall...

i gotta stick with my fellow violin player, it's been 9 years since i started the Violin, I will say the Viola does have a nice deep sound, but we Violin players have the greater range in tone from the low to the extremley high, so VIOLINS ROCK!

I have never played a stringed instrument, BUT I do hae a tendancy to pull out the ole Violin and "play" it some sometimes!-Adam

Hey
Ive played the violin for 3 years then i switched to the viola. The viola is sooooooo much better than the violin it just has a better sound. if you dont belive me pick one up and play around on the c string. Violins are allways so squeekey veolas are almost never
