| This is one of Heather's originals (c) 2003 Hudder Prod., Inc.
What are 5 things you want to do before you die? Visit NZ and Ireland; cut an album/CD; see a salvation; be involved in one; meet and marry the gal God (hopefully) has for me.
What's the worst thing you've done? I really don't know. Cursing my parents is pretty bad. I probably forgot the worst one.
What are you most proud of yourself for? I try not to be proud of myself, but when I am, it usually of my music. Otherwise for my "spiritual maturity", ha.
What is your highest achievment? Valedictorian of my high school class, maybe?
If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be and why? Maybe New Zealand, b/c it looks so beautiful, maybe Colorado, because I love mountains, maybe Scotland or Ireland. And maybe right here, because my family is awesome (at least I think so right now).
What's the scariest situation you've been in? I really don't know.
Ever been on a mission trip? Where to? What did God do in your life? Not yet. Favorites
School year/grade? Junior or Senior high school
Color pen to write in? Blue.
Teacher/Professor? Mrs. Nowlin
Season? Fall or Spring, maybe Winter.
Hour out of the 24? Sunrise and Sunset
Episode of Boy Meets World? Hmmm.... I haven't watched this show in so long.
Disney Movie? The Princess Diaries, probably
Cartoon?
TV Show? "Who's Line is it Anyway?"
Movie? LOTR.
Top 5 favorite bands/artists? Phil Keaggy, Glass Harp, The Beatles, Steve Morse Band, Third Day (perhaps)
Video game? Max Payne 2 (for now) Other Stuff
When did you become a Christian? I'm not sure. I only started to follow Christ
Who influenced your decision to accept Christ?
What denomination are you? I go to both Charasmatic, Baptist, and non-denominationally-affiliated services.
Would you marry someone of a denomination other than your's? Yeah, as long as she believes that Christ came, died for our sins, and rose again.
What about different religion? No. See 2 Corinthians 6:14.
Do you have a "comfort verse"? Not really.
What are your views on corporal punishment? (No Elli not capital punishment ) A perfectly good idea, when the parents are mentally balanced and responsible. Different kids require different punishments, though.

| Thanks everyone, for the compliments. My dad thinks I'm spending too much time on the computer, so I'm not allowed on again until Friday. See everyone then! (sort of )

| it doesn't take a whole lot, just a cheezy microphone and window's sound recorder (if you have windows 95 or up then you should have it.) at least, that's what I do for recording vocals and guitar. However, it gets a bit tricky with a whole band.

While I'm at home and unemployed, my job, given me by God, is to serve my parents and brother and sister, which would require a major shift in the mind, to humility and and to submit to God's instruction. So I worshipped for a while, and wrote this song:
As The Tears Fall
Broken, I come to You;
Beaten and battered, cracked, almost shattered.
Pressed on by all sides;
Weary and dismayed, I am so afraid.
Bring me to your side, once again;
Bring me to Your love.

And I have a melody for it too, so don't get any ideas .
Anyway, so Sunday night at SNL, Kevin talked about submitting ourselves to God. He said that worship is the act of trusting God, whether you're in good times or bad, as in Habakkuk 3:16 - 18. Basically Habakkuk lists all the reasons he has to freak out, and then says (18) yet I will rejoice (jump for joy) in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. Basically, H. has a lot of reasons to freak, including an invading army about five minutes away from slaughtering him, and He submits himself to the Lord anyway. And I saw that this and what I had Sunday morning fit together very nicely, as God does. So I made a new commitment to trust God, even in the hard times, that I would be submitted to the service He has for me, and that I would just be unto Him.
One of the interesting things Kevin said was, "Not trusting God is the ultimate hypocrisy, the ultimate slap in the face of the Almighty." Meaning, that our worship is just hypocrisy if we don't live under God, and below Him, instead of making our own choices for ourselves. You know, to submit myself completely to God is scary, oddly (and stupidly) enough to me. The most intensely frightening thing for me ever, I think. Even worse than Alien. Even worse than the big block from 2001: A Space Odyssey was back when I was little. I'm just afraid, I guess, that He'll ask me to do something like give up guitar or move to Cambodia or something (which, if He did, would therefore be the best thing for me). I constantly struggle with this, so prayers would be appreciated. And I can do all things in Christ, who lives within me! \o/ | Wowzers, Galen. Excellent song, and amazing insight: that worship can be hypocrisy. What a slap in the face that can be for some of us, eh? Well, I'll keep that in mind next time I face temptation. Quote: |

You are officially awesome. | w000t!!! I believe that's Ciao.
Well, for those of you who really want a picture of me (Katie, maybe...nah), I found another one. This is from two and a half years ago, so I have longer hair, a thin beard (that has taken me too freaking long to grow), and cooler glasses now.
And, a special treat for all the music fans out there... whatever kind of music you like; especially if you are a fan of well-played guitar, awesome drumming, and great bassing, or if you like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana and the like, or if you enjoy Progressive Rock or Jam Rock, I invite you to check out the following pages: Marc's B Side for Phil Keaggy and Glass Harp's Music Download Site. With Marc's B Side, download the "Changes" guitar solo first (its about 6 songs down), then grab them all! BTW, with mp3.com changing ownership soon, Marc's B Side won't be up for much longer. From the Glass Harp site, make sure you watch the Stambaugh Auditorium video of "John the Revelator" and download the "What's In Your Heart" live mp3. If you're a fan of great drumming, watch John Sferra's drum solo video! All mp3's on both of these sites are out with the permission and blessing of the band, so share away!
Enjoy!
Galen
