I don't believe Hilary's going to heaven, but anyway:

Hilary dies and goes to the gates of heaven and meets Paul. As she's talking to Paul, she notices clocks all around the walls. She asks Paul, "What are all these clocks doing here?"

Paul answers, "Oh, those are the lie clocks. Everytime that you tell a lie, the second hand turns one. You see over here? This is Billy Graham. His clock has only turned four times. See over here? This is Mother Teresa. Hers has only turned once in her whole life."

Hilary was quite impressed. So, she asked, where's Bill's?"

Paul responded, "Oh, John was redecorating his office and he's using Bill's clock as a ceiling fan."

You probably are.... It's just meaning that Bill lies so much that the second hand is moving as fast as a fan.....

No... it would be wait a minute.... duh.....
