Peter.

I've always been curious about the story of how peter died. he was crucified upside down right? i've also heard that his wife was crucified next to him.

my question is where do we get this from?

It's an apocryphal story told through the generations. The legend is that Peter was crucified upside down so he wouldn't die the same death as Christ. Later, they beheaded him and milk gushed forth instead of blood.

I don't know nothin' about a wife.
