| Heya,
Steam is kinda hard to explain.. It's an interface from which you start games, find servers, chat with other players (via a Buddy list), and purchase games. It simply downloads them to your computer and boom, you got it.

Woops! I was actually going to mention this; it was written in my post before I changed it.. I just forgot to put it back in
Steam is a wonderful thing, despite what many old-school HL folks will tell you. Anything is better than WON.net anyways.

| This comes out tomorrow. The only review I've found so far is from PC gamer (and it was just a blurb). "Surpasses Half-Life in every way. Arguably the best game ever made. 98%" -PC Gamer
The review at www.gamespot.com should be up by noon today.
P.S. An FYI -- A 98% is the highest rating PC Gamer has ever awarded a game.

| Man...Gamespot only gave it a 9.2. I'm sure it's still going to be amazing, though. They gave it a difficulty rating of "Medium," where Half-Life got a "Hard"...this is good. I want to be able to finish it without resorting to cheats.
I plan on watching X-Play's Half-Life 2 episode at 11, and then booting up the game as soon as the clock hits midnight. I can't wait.
EDIT: D'oh! I just realized today is the fifteenth. The Half-Life 2 episode of X-Play isn't until tomorrow. Ah, well.
