| You can run a "line" out (which means a line-level signal) to either input of another amp (effects return or "input" preamp) and nothing bad will happen. You'll probably not want to "crank" the second amp if you choose to run the signal through two pre-amp stages. Many guitarists, when they want to get signal to two different amplifiers, will have a signal split somewhere between the guitar and the two amplifiers.
Note: Speaker outs are different. Only plug loudspeakers and loudspeaker cabinets into speaker outs!!!
