Hate the southern accent? no way! got to be one of the coolest sounding accents out there. i mean, it depends on the intensity, but my cousins are Nashvillians, and they sound so cool.... I think a good southern accent is only trumped by a good irish accent. maybe aussie too, but only in rare circumstances.... |

| now that i think about it, i know quite a few guys with the name james. too many to list. it's a cool name. in fact, next to michael, it's my favorite name for a male dude.
it's amazing what happens when you wash your jeans. so i usually go a long time between washes, and today was one of those glorious days when i put on a newly washed pair. let me just say that it feels like i’ve never worn those pants before…so crisp and not baggy…so wonderful yet so sad…i am at a loss for words.
and i went to the dentist. found out that i need to have my wisdom teeth removed…not cool, or at least from what i’ve seen: one too many friends with puffy cheeks. they wear their hair down and put on a a baseball hat, trying to lessen the visible area of their face. so i will join the ranks of my friends, the puffycheeks…great.
school better be out tomorrow. i don’t know what I will do if it isn’t. maybe get mad and do something crazy. |

Dentist thing. . not cool. I have never known anyone who's had wisdom teeth pulled oddly enough. And Jedidiah, James, and Jackson are probably the best guy names out there. . or at least my personal favorites. |

yeah, im kind of partial to the name myself....though i guess i might have a bias. and i can never wear the jeans after they just come up. They're stiff and short and tight...but the only way to make 'em loose is to wear them. so its a losing situation. but oh well... thats why i dont wash my jeans. they're kind of getting ratty and nasty now though. yeah, i dont think those brown streaks are natural...
my brother got his wisdom teeth pulled last year... and there was no swelling or anything. no super huge pain (i think he only took the vikadin once...maybe twice). no super-extensive bleeding. dont know...maybe it was just luck, maybe it was the doctor...but if you want the contact info for what seems to be a good guy, just give a ring. if i remember right, i dont think ive been cursed with the wisdom teeth. what a terrible name they give those though. i mean, with a word like "wisdom" in front, it almost makes you want them. until you realize that its the most excruciating pain ever. I guess id prefer to be ignorant than wise... |

| jeans and me...lets just say that i don't wash them very often. we're not talking days here, even weeks. months usually. and i know that it can be perceived as dirty, sick, and everything else that is not good, but it’s just what i like. if you wear them right out of the wash, they can sometimes be too tight, which is frankly immodest. I have this pair of black jeans that I live to wear and don’t like to wash them. There are reasons though.
1. it is a lot of work to wash things. So i like to do it as sparingly as possible.
2. washing makes your clothes shrink, i think
3. if you don’t wash it, you don’t waste water. and from last i’ve heard, we are running out of water and we should let the animals drink and pee in it instead.
4. if you don’t wash it, you don’t use detergent, or whatever it’s called. which is being earth-friendly. and there is no one more earth-friendly than i.
5. i would never throw my friend in a washer. or a dryer. so why would I subject my beloved jeans to them? i mean, we’ve been through a lot. and they know a lot about me. they are a part of me, and i of them.
6. i would really love to have a cool 6th reason, like having a 6th sense or something like that. but I don’t have one. a reason, or a sense. and by the way, i’ve never seen the movie, either. surprise, surprise.
this whole wisdom teeth thing…i remember when dd had his taken out…it was quite funny to read about. while there today, i asked my dentist a simple question: “why do you take those teeth out?” and she answered, “when will you be 17?” so I told her june, and she left. i don’t understand dentists…or orthodontists. they are corrupt. mess up your teeth, then fix them..its makes no sense. |

Thats...interesting to know. I never have to have anything done to my teeth, unless some weird accident occurs. They said I have perfect teeth. Just hope with wisdom teeth dont come in...

| thanks, mark. and just to let you know--i saw the first half of 'elf' last weekend, and it was very clever, at least what i saw. and i'll be seeing the second half friday night, when i go back and babysit for the kids who are crazily well-behaved and get along, and it seems unreal (anagram of lauren!).
wisdom teeth...pssh. sound that out, man. |

| othodontists are evil. always evil. and weird too.... I thought my guy was kind of strange, but i guess thats how they all are. they wear thier wacky ties, and ride their harleys and make chairs entirely from paper.... it takes a special kind of person. i guess i hadnt really thought of it before, but ive never met a normal orthodontist.... am i alone? |

| you are never alone. i am watching you. i know where you live...
yeah, i think that orthodontists are scammers. so i go in there, with pretty good teeth. no buck action, no underbite, no nothing. but there are some slight things they needed to correct...so they put on an expander for 6 months, put on braces for 6 months, gave me a retainer for a year (which i threw away, and had to go through the entire 6th grade trash. it was fun. i enjoyed it, in a weird way). then i got braces for 1.5 years, then retainer again. then off. but i am supposed to wear it to bed every night. more like once every 10 days. i figure when i want my teeth to look straighter, and maybe wear it to bed the night before. maybe.
they do this all for your money. my "problem" should not have taken this long to "correct"...they are scammers who steal your money and your soul.
checka out these wonderful shakyman notes. on the sonnets! which i love... |
