I like to think that I'm funny. Some people have told me I'm funny. But do they mean funny as in humorous or funny as in weird? Hmmm...

Anyway, I think it really depends on the personality. Not on the gender. Maybe it's just that more guys pursue a comedy career than girls. But that's just my opinion.

I don't know, I mean as a gross generalization, I would say guys can deliver a joke better than a girl. But it really depends. I don't really know any seriously funny girls or women. I know some sort of funny girls and women. But I also know some really unfunny guys.

I know more funny guys than funny girls. I know a few guys who are funny at pretty much any time... I don't know any females that are like that. Just some that have occasional high spots.

Online... well, there's Amanda, who is so stinking funny... But then, there's also a lot of funny guys.

i don't know...comediennes are great! i did comedy at a youth event in march, and my little audience loved me! (i'm a girl btw...) everybody was laughin', and clappin', and they had a gay ol' time...and i have to say, the judges loved me too! i got a "good" rating...i would've gotten an "excellent", but i only got a good rating, because it wasn't religious enough - but all 3 judges said they loved me and i was hilarious, so HA! all my friends say i'm the funniest person they know and i'm hilarious...i'm getting out of hand, here. lol oh frodo, if you hung out with me, you'd get a six pack!

I have yet to see good female stand-up act. I do not know why this is, but women just can't seem to do stand up. Of course there are a lot of guys who can't do stand up either and still get on tv and such , yea, antidisestablishmentarianism, the end...

I admit, more guys are funny than girls. Guys can really crack me up. But... the girls that I know that are funny, they are so much funnier than all the pretty funny guys that I know.

So, in conclusion:

there are many pretty funny guys out there
there are few absolutely hilarious chicks
