| I know. I saw the trailer before HULK, and I was so....sickened. Mike Myers as the Cat...now that's just sad.

| Mike Myers as the Cat in the Hat... I had heard this before but it just seems odd. What was the perview like? Was the make-up really heavy like it The Grinch? |

| The preview was decent, but so wrong. The makeup and special effects looked overdone.
BTW, when I talked about the Grinch's awesomeness earlier, I was of course refering to the cartoon.

| I didn't like the new Grinch, and I probably won't like The Cat in the Hat. It's blasphemy. |

| I actually liked it. And there were some really funny parts. I have a weird sense of humour though. |

The first-time director, Bo Welch, worked as production designer on Tim Burton’s “Edward Scissorhands,” which featured a toy town that looked a lot like the one in “The Cat in the Hat.”

| I don't really wanna see it. The sad thing is that I enjoyed the Grinch too (both versions), but this just... I dunno...
The humor in it is a little too twisted for me.. |

| I've only seen the trailor, and I'm still going to review it. It sucked. The visuals were nauseating, all lavender and off-green, the acting was--well-- Mike Myers, so I should have to say no more, and the storyline was a travesty pretending to be Theodore Weisel's masterpiece children's classic.
I'm sure that there will be lots of poop jokes.
