| The cheaper one is a discontinued model that only gives you 4 frequency choices, thus increasing your chances of having some interference if you'll be playing at many different places. The more expensive one has 1,280 frequencies to choose from, which pretty much guarantees you'll have a clear signal no matter where you play.
If you're going to be playing in a lot of different places or with a lot of other people using wireless systems I would get the more expensive one. If it's just to use at church or something then get the cheaper one.
