The last thing I cooked was pasta.

I cooked a stir-fry for dinner last night, because my parents are away and hey I am the best cook (well i think so) out of my siblings.

Tonight, I cooked cornbread, in cast iron, in the oven - it wasn't perfect but pretty darn near close. :-D I should've used a bigger skillet or something, it came out a little too thick (tall, lol) and I didn't have any bacon grease (hey, I don't cook much...gimme a break) but it was still good!

If baking counts... then candied ginger shortbread. If it doesn't, then the last thing I cooked was a veggie burger. Even that might not really count, as it involved nothing more difficult than tossing a premade patty onto a frying pan.
