| Weezer is going to win this and advance to create the rich matchup of Weezer vs Smashing Pumpkins. I vote Weezer because Rivers Cuomo at the time of this album was one the finest rock/pop songwriters around (with a little help from Matt Sharp I guess). Everything about the blue album is great, and I wouldn't bat an eyelash if it did beat the Pumpkins next round. |

| Weezer. Duh. Every sphere of my perception agrees on this one. "Say it Ain't So" is enough to make this album a winner.

| Weezer gets my vote. I love the Green Day cd, but I only really like the singles and 2 or 3 others. I like the whole Weezer cd. |

| Weezer's blue album...their only album that pleases from beginning to end, unfortunately. :'(

| Wow, I'm surprised that Dookie isn't doing better..
A very close matchup, but I'll vote Green Day. I just think their album had a lot more energy than Weezer. BTW, I like the whole Dookie album, don't you guys?? And even if you don't like a song, most likely it will be over in a minute and a half anyway (the entire Dookie CD is just over 30 minutes long...)
Peace.

| This is a very good very close match up, but I'm gonna say Dookie because of the energy. |

| Weezer's Blue album is one of my favorite albums of all time. Each song is simply great. And it brings back nostalgic memories of me first getting in to rock music. So my vote is definitely for Weezer. |

BTW, I definitely vote Weezer on this one. Weezer rules. Although my wife did meet Green Day's bassist on an airplane - he was trying to hit on her. She didn't know who Green Day was until she got home, and I told her that that was the band that sang that song "I hope you had the time of your life", then she knew. (she doesn't listen to that kind of music)

| Dookie was good, but Weezer was a great album all the way through. I loved that album and I still love it. My brother was just playing it a second ago, actually. |
