Another interesting Disciple CD. Personally, I love the bee stripes on the CD. I Just Know is the best song without a doubt. "I just know Jesus is the way. I just know Jesus is the truth. I just know Jesus is the life. I just know Jesus is my God."

Disciple put out a decent album with this release. There are some really cool songs, but the whole thing just gets old fast. The songs don't sound the same but there is definately a "been there done that" feel by the end of the CD. Also, the lyrics are extremely preachy at times. For lyrics to be preachy they can't come off forced and that is exactly what these do. But they still serve up a rock sandwich and I suggest you check them out.

They're awsome live. Check them out if you get the chance.

Thumbs up Disciple

I think Disciple is the "best" ...bar none...in Christian music. "We're gonna preach it...'cause its the power... for salvation...Whether They Like It Or Not!!!" -From The Album "BY GOD" Think about it...It sounds like your not in favor of preaching...These guys are sold-out Believers that are true to the mission of a disciple of Christ.( a rarity in the Christian rock scene) I've been to several of thier concerts and in every one I have seen MANY people give their lives to Christ for the first time...The music is smokin' and the lyrics are very relative and true to scripture. Yeah...its in your face...but it draws CLEAR lines in the sand. Leaving the listener to make some hard examinations of their own heart and lives. Incredibly refreshing in this age of moral relativity. If you have un-saved friends that you love...take them to a Disciple concert...it may change their life...forever.
