baseball and RBI's
hey, is this just me or does anybody else see this
i heard an RBI be referred to as a steak and i wasn't too sure why, so then i thought about it a bit and this is what i came up with.

RBI can be pronounced 'rib eye'
'rib eye' is a type of steak
so then you can call RBI's 'steaks' right?

that makes sense eh?
i told a couple of friends that and they thought i was making stuff up

Baseball Boy brought up a line leading to the answer...

RBI - pronounced "ARE BEE EYE"

"ARE BEE EYE" is actually a term that has been around since leviathans walked the Earth. "ARE" is translated from Egyptian to a type of beast. "BEE" gives us the bigger picture of what type of beast it is...a beast with horns. "EYE", although it may appear to be a physical feature, actually translates to cow. Cows are the beef which steaks, ie. rib-eyes, new york strips, t-bones, come from, therefore, you get the baseball term - RBI - translated into steak...
