That's what I was thinking I'd be glad to.... I'm not sure if it would play in your DVD players over there though (stupid region restrictions). I'll let you know when it's out on video.

I went to youth alive last night and got to see Edison, RPM-7 and Rookie for 5 bucks! It was rad as. Heaps of people (40 all up) from Cummins, Cleve and Lincoln (home sweet home) were over and it was just so rad catching up with all-a them!

Soon, the SHOWDOWN starts and I'm pretty excited. This morning I didn't go to church cos I'm lazy. Jonathan rang me cos he had 10 minutes to kill before work, so that was nice.

I've been scanning a heck of a lot of photos which I'll post maybe.

Have a good one - Beans

Talking 3/9/03

Well… I’m tired and sunburnt, but I’m safe and … sound. Yesterday, after lecture, a group of us went down to Victor and stayed up till 3 (well, us gals did) and watched… monty python, among other things and had a lot of funny with an outdoor dunny that you needed to fill up with a bucket, and old rickety house out near Waitpinga and crazy things that we just get up to, I don’t know how. The house was packed, and I mean there were several, with mattresses! We had a lot of fun boinging around and going bananas. My alarm went up at 7 as I was designated waker-upper-er and I did my morning calls. We cooked pancakes and I ate my cereal (I’m not a warm breakfast gal… and I couldn’t go without breakfast cos in the morning, I am starved! I don’t understand how people just go without it. It’s my favourite meal of the day!) with Carly who is my cereal eating buddy forever.

We left and checked out about 3 beaches before deciding on the 2nd one and it was awesome. I wasn’t planning on going it (I never do…) but I did end up in there, riding the waves and loving every moment of freezing to the bone and not being able to feel my legs. We ate chips and built sandcastles and threw the ball around and went jogging and fed seagulls till they were too fat to stand up, which was so funny! It was a perfect day – nice sunshine and sand and beach and hot surfy guys (hoho). It was great. Thanks God.

I got back a couple of hours ago and thought I should do my duty, so I put a load of washing on and did the dishes and then I ate again cos it’s like I have a bottomless stomach … It’s quite satisfied now, but tea is soon and I know I’ll be ready for it!

Bridal college strikes again... some couple just got engaged and another couple from my course have arisen. I got a letter from mum today and couple of people in our church are getting married in 3 weeks - I didn't even know they were courting! Ah... lots of love in the air.

Have a plesant evening... I am going to sleep so well tonight. Sweet dreams! Bon.

Cereal

Eating cereal's the best. At my friend Dr Dave's place we used to eat heaps of Nutra Grain, and then top it up with Arrnott's shapes so his mum wouldn't know we'd eaten so much.

Thats pretty funny... considering Shapes don't even look like Nutri Grain!

Yesterday I went to the Royal Adelaide Show (sorry Matt, I went without you. It was just a snap decision). Lemme tell you that it is so over-rated! I went on the Ferris Wheel, which was nice. Too bad I don't wanna waste money on all the freaky adrenalin rides. I would love to one day, but couldn't. At night I went back and saw the fire works. They were pretty crappy, but I think that they are so pretty. I've seen better, but it was worth it for their prettiness. I cannot wait for the SkyShow!

Basically the whole show is a stack of people wasting money but thinking they're gonna be fulfilled. It's really quite sad when you look at it from ... out of it, if that makes any sense. The amount of teenage/single mums I saw... blew my mind.

I was thinking tonight how it seems like no one calls me at home anymore. I was hoping my mum would call. Then she did! Then, I was thinking about my friend Erin, about how we hadn't talked for a while, and then I got a email from her right away. It was all rather groovy.

My bro and his wife, the ones who travelled, have moved onto my parents farm and are living in a caravan. They got an idea to move into a shed we've got sitting up on a wee hill and Ren's been drawing up all kinds of house plans. Today she made one that everyone liked, so they're gonna get all the measurements up and into the council so they can start renovating it! I'm heaps excited! They're gonna be living just up the hill! That'll be 3 families permantly on the farm! Not to mention all our visitors in our free caravan park... so cool.

I go home a month from yesterday and I'm super excited!

I made tea/dinner/supper (whatever you fancy) tonight and it was a ripper! I'm a bit sick with a wee sore throat, but I think I'll be okay. Tomorrow I'm doing about 3 assignments that were all due today. Ah well.

To see pictures (professional ones) of the Ball I went to... go to...

and then click the arrows on the bottom until you get to the following numbers: 1617-1620, 1634-1639, and 1656. Click on the small image to make a big image.

1617, 1618 - Carly and Lachi
1619 - me doing a bit of skanking, showin' a bit of leg!
1620 - me with my leg showing again and Carly with Lachi's shoes on!

1634 - all of the crew I went with...
1635, 1636 - Susie, me and Belle

1638 - the others (of the crew I went with)
1639 - Belle and me

1656 - These are guys from my course who were there. L-R: Amy (who's not doing YITS anymore), Naomi, Lachi, Carly, me and Denessa.

Well, we had a fantastic night. I'm gonna skedaddle and get to bed pretty soon. I'm wasted. What a day. It was good - I had a lot of fun.
Hope all ewes are awesome and having a great weekend!

Come on Sunday night to the Barossa if you can. Kez'll be cranking on the piano and I'll be preaching hell, fire and brimstone! More fun to be had!

Life's a freaking party and I'm loving it all!
