Our Church has some type of Fender while I am forced to play a Ibanez Geo? for the youth group. If I could ever save the money I would get me a 5 string bass guitar just do not know which type.

I play either my Peavey 5-string Gbass, or my Epiphone Gibson SG 4-string, through a Peavey 115 amp, and throught the house via a direct box...

Our church doesn't have one. One guy plays a Fender Jazz Bass, and the other plays a Fender P-Bass.

church bass

Our church has a Guild solid body that cost a lot of money and has the feel of a 2X4. I play my own(Carvin fretless 4) through the house system. Not really happy playing through a P.A. irregardless of its quality, it just does not have the dynamics of a bass amp.

This chick that used to go to our church just stopped goin' one day and left a Fender Jazz behind...It's really pretty and I used htat when I first started...But now I use a Tradition that I bought off my neighbor...Well, g2g.
P.S. I know the bass amp is a Fender but I don't know the imparticulars about it.

My church doesn't really own a bass, or sound equipment either, but when I play, I play an Ibanez Soundgear400 on a hartke 410 cab with a 3500 head, the other guy that plays uses a custom made carvin 5 string.
