There are no disappointments with the boisenberry jelly.

The best jam I've evr had was a mixture of Newfie berries that a friend bought from a Purdy's store. It was great with crackers. I never got to try it with peanut butter, though

Partridge Berries. They taste sort of like a cross between a blueberry and a cranberry, and they're native to Southern Newfoundland.

I was using "Newfie" as an adjective because I couldn't remember "Partidge". Man, that jam was yummy. It was good on lemon bread, too.
