| The Great Superperson Debate For years the war has raged. Marvel VS DC. Spiderman VS the X-men. Crossovers. Team-ups. Video games. Movies. Across space and time beings who wield great cosmic power have battled for supremacy in the minds of individuals typicaly aged between 11 and 24. The question was asked in the last survey, but we must disucss! WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE SUPERHERO!??!
Personaly I'll say Captian America. He's the embodiment of freedom, he doesn't kill, and he's one of the greatest fighters ever. Created to combat Nazi Germany, he was trapped in ice for years awakining to a new kind of battle. Today he debates with but remains true to his goals and purposes, which are to secure peace, justice and liberty for all. |

| Since I could count on one hand how many superheroes I've watched, I imagine my favorite would be Batman of the Future. Like, the hi-tech batman.

(Although when I "beat", I mean to gain the upperhand in a fight, usually by means of an anvil or some other form of comedic fighting) |

The ultimate super-hero would have to be "Larry Boy" from the Veggie Tales videos. Not only does he always win and convince his opponent to lead a better and nicer life, *but* he usually sings and dances while he does it! |

So really, "What is the air speed velocity of an unlaiden swallow?"
It's quite simple:
Drag on a body in a fluid is:
D = 1/2 (Cd*pi*r^2*rho*Vo^2) Cd = coefficient of drag of the swallow pi = 3.1415... r = radius of bird cross-section (approximating as a circle) rho = viscosity of air Vo = velocity For steady state flight, D (drag) = T (thrust), so:
------------------------------
| Vo = sqrt(T/Cd*pi*r^2*rho) |
------------------------------ |

| I would have to say Rogue, the original, not the X-Men movie Rogue.
My least favorite would be Green Lantern. How could a superhero be defeated by the color yellow?

| I'd have to go with Gambit from the X-men. Or, of course, the heart kid from captain planet.
