| Today was districts, and I qualified for state. So I've got one week of cross country left for the rest of my life. I'm kinda happy about that, but then again its kinda sad. I dont know how I feel about it. I just feel like I'm getting old. And I'll be in college in less than a year... thats almost unbelieveable.

| In english we have to do a scrapbook, and we'll be working on it all year long. We have 12 chapters to do, and each chapter requires one page of writing and one page of illustrations. Well chapter 3's text was due today, and I stayed up really late last night doing it. My printer is out of ink so I saved it on my floppy (or at least I thought I did) and took it to school to print. well apparently it didnt save to my floppy, but to my computer. I was so mad at myself.
and this quote is taken from Rach's sig.
"Everyone dreams of being the love of someone else's life. Everyone would like to be everything someone could ever dream of...
and more... When it's right, someone will give their heart more-than-willingly to that person of their dreams...
And it will hurt in the best way imaginable." ~ Carly Bishop

| I was able to turn it in today, but only for partial credit. And in this class, every point matters.

| Well state went ok, I'm glad its all over now.
Today has been a really crappy day, as well as yesterday. Its like everything has to all go wrong at once. But I guess I'm doing ok.

| I got 83rd, which doesnt really sound good, but I'm pleased. Its right around the middle, though I'm not exactly sure how many were in the race.
And things are better now.

| I haven't been doing a good job of updating lately. I've been pretty busy. Heres a brief exerpt form my chaotic life for you to enjoy.
Monday morning I opened my locker to find a dozen roses, made entirely out of blue and silver duct tape. They didnt have a note, but I knew who they were from- a friend of mine who always has a roll of duct tape with him. I sorta freaked because I didnt know what to do, and then avoided him all day. I've kinda thought he may have a crush on me for a while and I've been trying to do my best to dissuade the idea. I've got a boyfriend and he knows that. Plus hes a great guy, and Christian, but our beliefs sort of differ. And I dont quite understand him. Friday during lunch he, I, and another girl (Laura) were talking (we have been trying to form a bible club, it took a fight with administration, so far its just the 3 of us meeting at lunch) and he said that God told him him who his wife was going to be, but he wouldnt tell us who it was. The next day I find the roses. At lunch I put them in his locker with a note that said I couldnt accept them. We finally talked today, and he said he gave them to me because I was his friend. But I dont really believe that. Laura told me that he likes me. Also she likes him. Its all one big mess. I think in forming this bible club they both had different motives in mind. Theres a bit more to the story but its all complicated and I dont think I can to a good job of explaining it. So I'll just end it here.
