The Scarlet Pimpernel

Has anyone heard of the musical The Scarlet Pimpernel?? I am auditioning for it in May. It has some really great music. I am hoping to get the lead role of Percival/The Scarlet Pimpernel.

I didn't know that there was a musical version of it. Neato. Of course, if you're going to play Percival, you're going to have to be good with a sword...

Wow, I've seen it as a movie. THis would make a hilarious musical.

Can't help you, though.

Actually, its based on a book by Barroness Orczy. Its a really good movie AND play. The music is wonderful, although they keep changing it. I have the soundtrack to the original musical and its only similar to what we are singing on stage.

I'm also the understudy for Marguerite. blah...

Its been really fun though! Can't wait till we open.

Here's a pic of me and Bri-Guy in the Scarlet Pimpernel. He was Ozzy and I was...uh, well, in this costume, a "tart".
