That and it has NOTHING to do with Pentecostals. The only possible working question would be, "Are there pentecostal Calvinist?" Which has already been used so I'd just merge it with the old thread. This is the Pentecostal forum. I have to keep the topic on Pentecostals or move the specific thread to the appropriate forum. |

what about a thread concerning "premillennial" view
verses "postmillennial" view? i was thinking of starting one on that subject. do u think that all pentecostal/charismatic folks all believe the same things? i'm using myself as an example, my beliefs are a variety and combinations of views usually labled by one group or the other.
let independant thinkers and believers riegn!
GO STATE! (MISSISSIPPI STATE-38 FLORIDA-31) GO STATE! | It's fine as long as it's in a Pentecostal context. Which millennial view should a Pentecostal take? This could lead to discussion about two different views because two different sects of Pentecostals might believe differently. The thing is, we have to keep the debate away from personal views, but rather the views that Pentecostals doctrinally have. |

Besides, you don't know how many Calvinists and non-Calvinists that I've met who can barely explain their own beliefs, let alone the other side's. | *Josh watches his joke pass high over the head of Gavin*

| Pentecostals Standards I cannot say what a UPC person would say on what they consider to be a penetcostal.
As me being an Apostolic Pentecostal that I would have to say that first and foremost you have to believe that there is One God, and that his name is Jesus. Believing in the baptisn in Jesus name and the being filled with the Holy Ghost. You can tell most pentecostals apart from other by standards. Apostolic believe in standards which we're set in the Old testament which is supported by the new testament in which God people will be seperate and different from the world. You can spot a Apostolic Pentecostal woman from a mile away. you could not point out a baptist froma catholic really. So from standards things come into order from the, Prayer, fasting, and Bible reading should be essential to be a full Pentecostal.

| Assemblies of God, Church of God, Foursquare, IPHC, Church of God of Prophecy, Church of God in Christ, and pretty much all Charasmatic/WoF churches are all Trinitarian....It beats me as to why there are so many Apostolics on the forum, but some forums are wacky. At Christianforums.com, the vast majority of Pentecostals there are Word of Faith/Charasmatic, so it kind of offsets it.
