how do u edit the text above your picture???

how do u edit the text above your picture???
this is a dumb question, but i looked around and couldnt find where you edit the text where it says "Junior Member" on mine...do i have to be a certain lvl? like, have enough posts? then i can? or what?

Go to "User CP" at the top of the page... then go to "Edit Profile." Then "Custom User Text."
