IMHO, they should go for that hardcore-punk sound more than the stupid pop crap they've put out lately. More songs like "Softer to Me" please!!! | That's the same way I feel.

They have alot of potential, but their lyrics come in slightly lacking (for most of the songs).
Take "getting into you" for example; they sing "i'm getting into you because i've got to be, your escential to survive"
what would be alot cooler is "i'm getting into you, becuase i've came to see, your my escential to survive"
just a bunch of stuff like that. The other half of their songs are about girls an such...

| "pressing on" is the song of the martyrs... i can just imagine them looking towards Christ as they were lead out to be tortured an slaughtered. As stephen preached for Christ all the way till they dragged him out to smash his face in... you can imagine a fuzzy feeling inside similar to the words in those songs.
Alot of them knew fanatic living for Christ would due them, but they caught a glimpse of the Lord's plan an nothing going back would ever be enough.

| i think this is an awesome cd , but i still think the anatomy of the tongue in cheek is better . my favorite songs are chapstick, chapped lips, and things like chemistry, mood rings, and getting into you. if you don't have it, you should definitely buy it, and the anatomy of the tongue in cheek, too. |
