Any NASCAR fans here?

Well? I was just cruriuos. I'm a big fan, but so far this year I haven't watched any races. We made the decision to unplug our TV's in the house a few months ago because of the immorality thats on there. Anyways I'm a Dale Earnhardt fan forever, It was so sad watching him die. Dale Jr is now the man. Micheal Waltrip I really admire, he's always talking about Jesus. Anyone else? feel free to respond.

Umm yes I did notice I posted it in the sports forum. Haven't you noticed that NASCAR has become the fastest growing spectator sport in the country?

I Just watch a race here and there but not a huge fan. But i got my wife hooked on it she watches almost every race so she gives me all the Nascar info i need. She is a Jeff Gordon fan. I like Dale Jr. myself. As far as Nascar being a sport. I think it is Anybody that can drive a car for two or three hours and keep there consentration at 200 miles an hour has to be in pretty good shape. I think if you guys tried it you would probably think different.

I'm gettin' to be one. This is the 1st year I've actually kept up with it. I kinda wish there were more road courses like Watkins Glen. That's what I like to watch. I also wish all races were only 200 to 300 miles long instead of 500.

Yeah, I love it when people say Nascar isn't a sport. I'd love to them try and last just one lap around Bristol Motor Speedway, let alone 500 laps. Then we'll see how sore they are.

It's to bad you can't come up with something better. I guess what you are saying is that anyone who races in nascar drinks beer. Thats a pretty bold statement. I think i will stop right there before i sink to your level.

If you read the thread title it asked if there are any nascar fans here. If you want to argue why nascar should'nt be a sport. Then i would suggest to you to start a thread about that.

i can't really get into that much.. i mean its 50 cars or so driving in a circle and i am supposed to watch this for 2 hours.. and then you always have your big crash in which about 10 cars go flying. race stops for half hour. you see replays of the crash over and over and over again.

Moron

I am not a NASCAR fan. But My dad builds engines for the sport, so I know a good bit more than most about it.

And Insane, there are 43.
