| wow...I am a p.o.d. fan, and I don't know what to think. I'm just in shock, esp. about the whole "dr. jekel and mr. hyde" thing about the band and such...
marcos was my fav. member too... |

| very very interesting.
however, i can understand if marcos was kicked out because of religious beliefs that were not in line with the band. the band had a focus on God.. and marcos was focusing not on God but on the music itself perhaps??
also, marcos talking about the other members "doing things behind the scenes" and "talking sh--" could be hostility for having to leave the band.
who knows what the truth is?

| You have to remember MTV could be blowing this up bigger than it really is. |

Or he never wanted it to be anyways... He just wanted to get up on stage and rock out... Now, with P.O.D.'s popularity, it's gone to everyone elses head, whereas, Marcos still just wanted to play music...
My 2 credits...
(And yes, I agree that MTV could have very well blown everything out of proportion, but ya never know... I can't wait to hear if Atlantic will have anything to say about this...) |

that could very well be true...... since Marcos joined a small San diego band..... but as far as it being a rumor....... its not its true...... INFOMAN (a.k.a Atlantic records) said it.... Sonny said it, Macos said it.... its true..... it sucks but its true.....
anyways i personally think Marcos was kicked out because he was not the christian testimony that the rest of the guys were........ swearing in interveiws and then lying about it, drinking around fans, and has anyone read lyrics from members of his new band old band? Sprung Monkey ? (now Accident Experment ) some preaty bad stuff..... and somone who can go from a band like P.O.D to a band singing about having sex with pornstars.......... well you have to wonder
but i will always admire him and his guitar playing ability

marcos was my fav. member too... | I'm sorry, but how can you be a true fan and have a favorite member? :kwhoa:
Anyway, as for me, what's done is done, and the world keeps turning. Marcos was awesome to have, but if the band wanted someone more open about their faith, then Jason Truby is a great choice. Peace.
